ERK1/2 inhibitor 11 (compound L6) is a dual inhibitor of ERK1/2, leading to DSB accumulation and degradation of ERK1/2 expression. ERK1/2 inhibitor 11 reduces the level of BCL-2 and induces DNA damage by inhibiting PARP and ERK1/2. ERK1/2 inhibitor 11 activates caspase 3 to induce apoptosis.
