HEPPS (EPPS) is a buffer solution with an effective pH range of 7.3 ~ 8.7. HEPPS reduces Aβ-aggregation-induced memory deficits and rescues cognitive deficits in mice. EPPS is orally bioactive and can penetrate the BBB (blood-brain barrier).
