Cy5-Paclitaxel is a CY5-labeled Paclitaxel conjugate. Cy5 is a cyanine dye (wavelength about 662 nm) that can be used for molecular labeling and microscopic imaging. Paclitaxel stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause mitotic arrest and apoptotic death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy.
