Clofarabine-5'-triphosphate trisodium is a metabolite of Clofarabine phosphorylated by deoxycytidine kinase (dCK). Clofarabine-5'-triphosphate trisodium exhibits cytotoxicity in cancer cells by inhibiting DNA synthesis and DNA repair.
