CZY43 is a HER3 degrader. CZY43 effectively induces HER3 degradation in breast cancer SKBR3 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. CZY43 can effectively inhibit HER3-dependent signaling and cancer cell growth, and its effect is better than Bosutinib.
