CBX-12 is a PDC (peptide drug conjugate) that targets tumors in an antigen-independent manner and has anti-tumor activity. CBX-12 consists of a pH-sensitive peptide (pHLIP), an autoimmune linker, and Exatecan, a topoisomerase 1 (TOP1) inhibitor.
