Breast cancer targeting peptide 18–4 is a keratin 1 (KRT1) receptor targeting peptide with a Kd of 0.98 μM. The amino acid sequence of Breast cancer targeting peptide 18–4 is WxEAAYQrFL, which is a P160 peptide analog. Breast cancer targeting peptide 18–4 can significantly increase the uptake rate of MccJ25 in breast cancer cells and enhance its anticancer activity after covalent binding with the anticancer peptide MccJ25. The IC50 of this covalent conjugate against MCF-7, MDA-MB-435, and MDA-MB-435-MDR are 14.2, 20, and 25 μM, respectively.

*Note: Please select an appropriate solvent for the preparation of stock solution based on your experiment needs. For most products, DMSO can be used for preparing stock solutions (e.g. 5 mM, 10 mM, or 20 mM concentration); some products with high aqueous solubility may be dissolved in water directly. Solubility information is available at the above Solubility Data section. Once the stock solution is prepared, aliquot it to routine usage volumes and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
