BML-265 is a potent EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. BML-265 disrupts the integrity of the Golgi apparatus and blocks the transport of secretory proteins to a variety of substances. BML-265 affects Golgi integrity and transport in human cells, but not in rodent cells.
