BIHC is a Her2-CD3 bispecific antibody, which is constructed from an anti-Her2 single-domain antibody and an anti-CD3 single-chain variable region fragment (Fv) in an IgG-like format. BIHC has potent in vivo anti-tumor activity, can specifically bind to tumor cells expressing Her2, and can efficiently kill Her2-positive cancer cells by recruiting T cells, thus being used in the study of Her2-positive cancers.
