Antiviral agent 66 (Compound 60) is a filovirus inhibitor that inhibits pseudotyped viruses of Ebola, Marburg, Zaire, Sudan, Bundibugyo, Reston, and Tai Forest with EC50 values of 0.16, 2.24, 0.16, 0.89, 0.21, 0.21, and 0.11 μM, respectively.
