20-Hydroxylucidenic acid E2 is a triterpenoid found in Ganoderma ludicum. 20-Hydroxylucidenic acid E2 has a significant inhibitory effect on TPA-induced inflammation. At the same time, 20-Hydroxylucidenic acid E2 can inhibit TPA-induced EBV early antigen expression with an IC50 of 290 mol ratio/32 pmol TPA (equivalent to a molar concentration of this compound that is 290 times that of TPA (32 pmol) to inhibit 50% EBV early antigen expression). 20-Hydroxylucidenic acid E2 can be used in anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer research.

*Note: Please select an appropriate solvent for the preparation of stock solution based on your experiment needs. For most products, DMSO can be used for preparing stock solutions (e.g. 5 mM, 10 mM, or 20 mM concentration); some products with high aqueous solubility may be dissolved in water directly. Solubility information is available at the above Solubility Data section. Once the stock solution is prepared, aliquot it to routine usage volumes and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
