2'-O-methyladenosine 5'-phosphate is a ribosome nucleotide complexing group, mainly used for DNA coupling. 2'-O-methyladenosine 5'-phosphate is used to prepare RNA vaccines. It is the main part of the RNA molecule, and the 5'-end is blocked by 2'-O-Methylguanosine 5'-monophosphate.
