Biological Activity


Targets Platelet Aggregation[1]
ln Vitro 12(S)-HPETrE (200 μM) significantly inhibited thrombin-induced thrombus retraction in the presence or absence of aspirin [1]. 12(S)-HETrE inhibits platelet aggregation with an IC50 value of 5 μM[1].
