(R,R)-CXCR2-IN-2 is a diastereomer of CXCR2-IN-2 (compound 68). It is a blood-brain barrier permeable CXCR2 antagonist with a pIC50 of 9 in the TANGO assay. , pIC50 was 6.8 in the HWB Gro-α induction CD11b expression experiment.

Solubility (In Vivo) Solubility in Formulation 1: ≥ 5.5 mg/mL (13.26 mM) (saturation unknown) in 10% DMSO + 90% Corn Oil (add these co-solvents sequentially from left to right, and one by one), clear solution.
For example, if 1 mL of working solution is to be prepared, you can add 100 μL of 55.0 mg/mL clear DMSO stock solution to 900 μL of corn oil and mix evenly.
