| In vivo | 经前处理使用Xanthorrhizol能够以剂量依赖的方式抑制TPA局部用药引起的小鼠耳部肿胀（P < 0.005）。在实验条件下，单独局部应用Xanthorrhizol并不会导致耳部肿胀。所有经DMBA启动后，连续19周局部施用7.5 nM TPA的小鼠平均每只产生15.5±2.3个皮肤肿瘤（肿瘤多发性）。而前处理使用2和6 μM Xanthorrhizol，可使19周时肿瘤多发性分别减少至6.9±1.1（P<0.005）和4.0±1.1（P<0.005）[3]。 |
