Description Tocofersolan (TPGS) is a polyethylene glycol derivative of α-tocopherol and synthetic water-soluble version of Tocopherol. Tocofersolan is an oral treatment of vitamin E deficiency due to digestive malabsorption in pediatric patients with congenital chronic cholestasis or hereditary chronic cholestasis.
