Description TMRM Perchlorate (T668) is a cell-permeant cationic lipophilic red fluorescent dye (λex=530 nm, λem=592 nm).
In vitro TMRM Perchlorate 是一种荧光探针(激发光,530±21 nm;发射光,592±22 nm)。在TMRM Perchlorate存在下,添加谷氨酸后荧光信号轻微下降,这表明线粒体内膜极化增加。在TMRM Perchlorate(2 μM)存在下,与复合物I底物耦联的呼吸或添加复合物Ⅱ底物后的呼吸减少了27%[1]。低浓度TMRM Perchlorate(50到500 nM)处理海马培养细胞1到3小时,能选择性地染色神经元及其下层的胶质细胞中的线粒体。高浓度TMRM Perchlorate(1到25 μM)处理可快速选择性染色线粒体,并在5到10分钟后达到饱和。TMRM Perchlorate低浓度(50到200 nM)不诱导细胞凋亡,而较高浓度(0.5和2.5 μM)则增强细胞凋亡(KD=500 nM)[2]。
