Description TfR-T12 acetate is a peptide binding to the transferrin receptor (TfR) and is subsequently internalized into TfR-expressing cells.
In vitro SAG dihydrochloride 可与聚乙二醇化脂质衍生物3-(N-琥珀酰亚胺基辛酰氧基)氨基丙基-聚乙二醇(2000)-氨甲酰基二硬脂酰磷脂乙醇胺(NHS-PEG2000-DSPE)进行化学共轭,用作功能材料,构建多功能脂质囊泡[1]。
In vivo 在携带脑胶质瘤的小鼠中,TfR-T12 acetate 通过BBB(血脑屏障)传运,通过诱导坏死、凋亡和自噬作用,杀死脑胶质瘤和胶质瘤干细胞[2]。
