Description Surfactin is a potent cyclic lipopeptide biosurfactants that mediates flux of mono-and divalent cations, such as calcium, across lipid bilayer membranes, with anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, antimycoplasma and hemolytic effects.
In vitro Surfactin 作为一种表面活性剂,调节单价和双价阳离子,通过脂质双层膜的流动。Surfactin能够通过最小抑制浓度(MIC)和分数抑制浓度(FIC)等抗菌实验,提升阿莫西林对禽类致病性大肠杆菌(APEC)体外活性。
In vivo 在小鸡感染模型中,surfactin与amoxicillin联合作用能够降低小鸡的死亡率及肝脏细菌载量,并调节炎症细胞因子等的表达。surfactin可作为针对AEPC感染的小鸡的一种新型抗菌增效剂。
