Description Sulfo-NHS-Biotin (Biotin-NHS) is a water-soluble biotinylation reagent used in Biotin-Streptavidin binding reactions. Sulfo-NHS-Biotin is particularly useful for targeting cell surface proteins in Streptavidin-Biotin assays. It can be used for protein detection or immobilization when used in conjunction with streptavidin and Immobilized Streptavidin.
