In vitro 在犬气管上皮,Stepronin(0.1-100 µM)剂量依赖性降低异丙肾上腺素引发的短路电流值、基础分泌以及异丙肾上腺素引发的电位差值[1]。在黏膜下腺体中,Stepronin(100 µM)对异丙肾上腺素诱导的[3H]-糖结合物分泌显示出强烈抑制作用[3]。
