Description SBI-425 is an effective and orally bioavailable inhibitor of tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatase (TNAP). SBI-425 effectively inhibits TNAP in the vasculature and improves cardiovascular parameters and survival without a detectable change in the bone.
