Description SBE-β-CD (Sulfobutylether-β-Cyclodextrin) is a β-cyclodextrin derivative with a sodium sulfonate salt separated from the lipophilic cavity by a butyl ether spacer group, or sulfobutylether. SBE-β-CD is widely used as a co-solvent in biological experiments.
In vivo 方法:为研究体内活性,将 MR-L2 (300 nl; 2 × 10–4 M; 1:20, DMSO in 20% SBE-β-CD) 微量输注到大鼠 NAcs 中。结果:MR-L2 显著减少了无活性按压,而对照组给予 SBE-β-CD 没有效果。[1]
