In vitro 首次建立了反相高效液相色谱法,用于同时鉴定和定量分析黄花金鸡纳中七种主要的二萜类化合物,具体为假瑞香酸B O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、假瑞香酸C2(2)、假瑞香酸C1(3)、去乙酰基假瑞香酸A(4)、Pseudolaric acid A-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、假瑞香酸B(6)及假瑞香酸A(7)。最佳分离和检测条件是在Inertsil ODS-3柱上,使用甲醇和0.5%水溶性醋酸(v/v)的梯度洗脱,在流速0.6 ml min(-1)下,40分钟内完成分离,并设定检测波长为262 nm。所有校正曲线均显示良好的线性回归(r2>0.9999)。该方法准确性高,回收率在94.3-106.1%范围内,重复性和中间精密度的R.S.D.s分别小于0.57%和4.67%。该方法已成功应用于从54个不同地区收集的20个黄花金鸡纳样本中的二萜类化合物的定性和定量分析。
