Description Platycodin D3 is a NF-κB inhibitor, it could as expectorants in diverse inflammatory pulmonary diseases, it can regulate the production and secretion of airway mucin; it can significantly enhance mitogen- and OVA-induced splenocyte proliferation in the OVA-immunized mice. Platycodin D3 also exerts anti-Hepatitis C virus (HCV) activity.
In vitro 本研究旨在评估桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorum, PG)根提取物中含有的三萜皂苷对HCV复制子细胞和细胞培养HCV(HCVcc)感染细胞的病毒酶活性及复制的功能效应。通过NS5B RNA依赖性RNA聚合酶检测,确认了PG中三萜皂苷的抑制活性,并在HCV复制的背景下进一步得到验证。确定了六种三萜皂苷(platycodin D、platycodin D2、Platycodin D3、deapioplatycodin D、deapioplatycodin D2 和 platyconic acid A)及PG皂苷混合物(PGSM)作为具有抗HCV活性的活性成分。值得注意的是,PGSM与干扰素-α或NS5A抑制剂联合使用时,表现出协同的抗HCV活性。
