Description Phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate is a PKC activator. It also is a potent skin tumor promoter.
In vitro Phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (1 MM) activates PKC. It also inhibited Na/K-ATPase transport activity in OK cells[3].
