Description PAβN dihydrochloride (MC-207,110 dihydrochloride) is an inhibitor of efflux pump.
In vitro PAβN有效降低了九株耐氟哌酸(ciprofloxacin)菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MICs),其中四株的敏感性提高了两倍。此外,PAβN也恢复了五株耐氟哌酸菌株对该化合物的敏感性。同时,二十株耐氟哌酸菌株对NMP的反应明显,表现为氟哌酸MICs明显改善[2]。
