Description Oxybutynin (Ditropan) is a synthetic anticholinergic agent that is used for treatment of urinary incontinence and overactive bladder syndrome.
In vitro 在大鼠大脑皮质和纹状体中,Oxybutynin以剂量依赖的方式显着降低结合电位(BP).
In vivo 在人肝微粒体中,Oxybutynin抑制CYP3A4-和CYP2D6-相关活性(分别为睾酮6β-羟化酶和右美沙芬O-脱甲基酶)。Oxybutynin(30,100 nM)竞争性拮抗乙酰胆碱诱导的收缩。
