Description N-Biotinyl-6-aminohexanoic acid (N-(+)-Biotinyl-6-aminohexanoic acid) can be used to perform N-terminal biotinylation.
In vitro 银纳米颗粒通过N-Biotinyl-6-氨基己酸修饰后,能够与环己基异腈锚定在通过亲和素-生物素相互作用的单独生物素化底物上,从而增强环己基异腈的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)[1]。通过β-D-半乳糖苷酶合成对硝基苯基N-乙酰乳糖胺,对硝基苯基经化学还原,并经唾液酸转移酶进行唾液酸化。对氨基苯基糖苷通过与N-Biotinyl-6-氨基己酸偶联成功进行生物素标记,获得带有氨己糖基和苯基作为生物素与糖之间间隔基的生物素化低聚糖。所标记的生物素糖显示出在基于表面等离子体共振的光学生物传感器中固定和评估碳水化合物-凝集素相互作用的用途[2]。
