| In vivo | 方法:为检测体内抗肿瘤活性,将 Methyl-β-cyclodextrin (500 mg/kg) 腹腔注射给携带 PEL 肿瘤 BCBL-1 的 NRJ 小鼠,每天一次,持续二十一天。结果:Methyl-β-cyclodextrin 显著抑制 PEL 细胞的生长和侵袭,没有明显的不良反应。[1]方法:为研究对胶原蛋白的调节作用,将 Methyl-β-cyclodextrin (1.25-5.0 mg/mouse) 皮内注射给 SKH1 小鼠,每周两次,持续两个月。结果:Methyl-β-cyclodextrin 显示出强大的 COL I 上调活性,导致皮肤厚度增加。[3] |
| Cell experiments | PEL cells are incubated in triplicate in a 96-well microculture plate in the presence of different concentrations of methyl-β-cyclodextrin (0-10 mM) in a final volume of 0.1 mL for 24 h at 37°C. Subsequently, MTT (0.5 mg/mL final concentration) is added to each well. After 3 h of additional incubation, 100 μL of a 0.04 N HCl is added to dissolve the crystals. Absorption values at 570 nm are determined[1]. |
