Description Maxacalcitol (22-Oxacalcitriol) is a ligand of VDR-like receptors and a non-serum calcium vitamin D3 analogue. Maxacalcitol inhibits parathyroid hormone (PTH) mRNA expression in vitro and in vivo.
In vitro Maxacalcitol 在体外和体内抑制甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的mRNA表达,并且与全反式维甲酸联合使用时,能够抑制骨肉瘤的肿瘤生长。Maxacalcitol 在类骨细胞中展现出与calcitriol相似的效果。
