Description Latanoprostene bunod (LBN) is nitric oxide (NO)-donating prostaglandin F2a analog and is a topical ophthalmic therapeutic. It is used for the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension (OHT).
