Description L-Xylose (L-(-)-Xylose), a Xylose levo-isomer, is classified as the aldopentose type monosaccharide.
In vitro L-xylose的渗透特性在孤立的完整大鼠膈肌肌肉制备中,在外源性胰岛素的缺席和存在下进行了比较。在没有添加胰岛素的情况下,L-xylose在总细胞水分中的分布不到三分之一。在添加胰岛素的情况下,L-xylose的细胞内分布增加,分布在细胞内水分的50%中。在L-xylose的渗透作用中观察到明显的滞后期,但通过预先用胰岛素处理组织1小时可消除此滞后期[2]。
