| In vivo | 一次性口服给药ipidacrine(0.3及1 mg/kg)可减少由scopolamine引起的总潜伏期增加。连续五天每天一次重复给药ipidacrine(1 mg/kg)可将scopolamine引起的总潜伏期增加降至与生理盐水处理的对照组大鼠在此任务中的水平相同。Ipidacrine在5分钟内迅速被大脑吸收。此外,在大脑皮层和海马体中观察到较高的药物水平,这两部分在学习和记忆中发挥着重要作用。因此,前期研究与本次调查表明,ipidacrine改善了由各种动物模型中的工作记忆和参考记忆损害组成的遗忘症,这表明ipidacrine是治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的有用候选化合物[1]。 |
