Description Indecainide (Ricainid) is a novel antiarrhythmic compound that is carcinogenic and can be used to study chronic stable ventricular arrhythmias secondary to coronary artery disease or cardiomyopathy.
In vivo Indecainide(1-5 mg/kg;静脉注射)能够降低狗的心脏收缩能力[1]。
