| In vitro | Hexyl gallate (Hexyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate)专一性抑制RhlR,仅阻断依赖Rhl的鼠李糖脂和蓝藻素的生成,而不影响由Las系统调控的弹性蛋白酶生产和生物膜形成。在10-30 μM浓度下,Hexyl gallate 抑制色素产生,并显示出抗菌活性;该化合物还对CV026细胞表现出抗菌作用。在100及300 μM浓度下,Hexyl gallate 只抑制N-丁酰基高丝氨酸内酯(BHL)的产生,不干扰N-(3-氧代十二烯酰)-L-高丝氨酸内酯(OdDHL)和2-庚基-3-羟基-4(1H)喹啉酮(PQS)的生成[1]。作为抗菌的替代铜化合物,Hexyl gallate 以剂量响应的方式抑制Xanthomonas citri的生长,在30-50 μg/ml范围内活性更为显著,并且其目标是X. citri的细胞膜[3]。 |
