Description GPX-100 (13-deoxydoxorubicin) is an analogue of the anthracycline antitumour antibiotic doxorubicin. GPX-100 inserts into DNA and interacts with topoisomerase II to inhibit DNA replication and repair as well as RNA and protein synthesis.
