Description Gadopentetic acid (gadolinium complex) (Gd-DTPA) is an paramagnetic contrast agent commonly implemented by a bolus intravenous injection (i.v.) in Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) studies.
In vivo 在DCE-MRI中,Gadopentetic acid(Gd-DTPA)在血浆中的初始浓度([Gd-DTPA0])是一个重要参数。[Gd-DTPA0]取决于给药的脉冲剂量且会因受试者而异。使用0.025 mmol/kg Gd-DTPA的脉冲剂量,可以缩短获取时间,减少受试者的暴露量,其半衰期为37.3分钟,平均滞留时间为53.8分钟,以及AUC为3.37 ± 0.47 mmol/min/L。
