Description Gadopentetate dimeglumine is used in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to allow blood vessels, organs and other non-bone tissues to be visualized more clearly.Gadopentetate dimeglumine induces atrophy of spermatogonia.
In vivo 间质MR淋巴造影采用Gadopentetate Dimeglumine (Gd-DTPA)能在健康小鼠中清晰显示淋巴通道,且两种试剂之间没有显著差异。它们的快速动力学限制了成像的时间窗口,但有助于在单次成像会话中重复评估[1]。通过直接观察溢出的Gadopentetate Dimeglumine,能够在此模型中区分缺血性与对照组大鼠[2]。
