Description Flavanomarein demonstrates potent antioxidative property, including free radical scavenging activity, inhibition of lipid peroxidation, as well as lipid-lowering effects in human HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma cells treated with free fatty acids (FFAs).
In vitro 本研究旨在鉴定金鸡菊的活性化合物,并通过测量脂质水平、活性氧、脂质过氧化和脂肪酸合成来研究其对脂质失调的分子机制。结果表明,雪菊水提取物显著降低了体内的血清脂质水平和氧化应激。分离得到的主要化合物为Flavanomarein和eriodictyol 7-O-β-D glucopyranoside。化合物1和2显示出强大的抗氧化属性,包括清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化以及降低用游离脂肪酸(FFAs)处理的人类HepG2肝癌细胞中的脂质效应。化合物2被发现在FFA处理后抑制甘油三酯水平的升高和抑制脂质过氧化。此外,它显著降低了细胞内活性氧水平,改善了线粒体膜电位和腺苷三磷酸水平,从而保护了FFA处理的HepG2细胞中的线粒体功能。还有,化合物2显著抑制了二硫异构酶A3前体和脂肪酸合酶的蛋白表达水平,从而抑制了HepG2细胞中FFA诱导的脂肪生成[1]。
