Description Fasidotril is a NEP/ACE inhibitor. Fasidotril was an effective oral antihypertensive agent during chronic treatment in high-renin renovascular rats, normal-renin SHR, and low-renin DOCA-salt hypertensive rats and in patients with essential hypertension.
