Description Dentonin acetate enhances osteogenesis and facilitates immature adherent cell survival. Dentonin acetate, a synthetic fragment derived from MEPE, can be used in phosphate homeostasis and bone metabolism studies.
In vitro Dentonin acetate (3-30 μg/ml;2-24小时)能显著促进成骨细胞的扩散。此外,Dentonin acetate (3-30 μg/ml;2-24小时)也显著增加了细胞数量,并增强了细胞粘附的促进作用。然而,就细胞粘附的数量而言,其与[1]中的其他处理没有显著差异。
