In vitro | Demethylisoencecalin (1) 及 caleins A (4) 和 C (5) (3.16–31.6 mg/kg, p.o.) 作为 Calea ternifolia 水煎液的主要成分,在正常及 nicotinamide/streptozotocin (NA/STZ, 40/100 mg/kg) 诱导的高血糖小鼠中管理后餐血糖水平,并在口服蔗糖耐受测试 (OSTT, 3 g/kg) 中显示出效果,与 acarbose (5 mg/kg) 相比具有可比性。在分离 1、4 和 5 的过程中,还发现了此植物之前未报道的四个额外代谢产物,即 6-acetyl-5-hydroxy-2-methyl-2-hydroxymethyl-2H-chromene (3)、herniarin (6)、scoparone (7) 和 4′,7-dimethylapigenin (8)。此外,calein C (5) 的结构通过 X 光分析得到确认。该物种精油的药理学评价 (31.6–316.2 mg/kg, p.o.) 也在 OSTT 中显著降低了血糖水平。 |
