Description Dansyl glutathione is a capture agent used for quantitative assessment and identification of reactive metabolites.
In vitro Dansyl glutathione is used as a trapping agent to help quantify the adduct of the drug after in vitro incubation with human liver microsomes in the presence and absence of NADPH.
