Description Maculosin is a secondary metabolite of fungi and bacteria.
In vitro Maculosin作为特异性植物毒素,在浓度为10μM时,能诱导 spotted knapweed (C. maculosa) 叶片形成泣痕状坏死斑点。同时,Maculosin在31.25μg/ml的最小抑菌浓度(MICs)下减缓了植物病原菌X. axonopodis和R. solanacearum的生长,以及在10到100 mg/ml的浓度范围内,也能抑制病原卵菌P. cactorum、P. capsici、P. cinnamomi、P. infestans和P. ultimum的发展。此外,当与pyrrolnitrin或banegasin结合使用时,Maculosin还能抑制M. luteus、M. smegmatis、S. cerevisiae、C. albicans、C. neoformans和A. niger的生长。
