Description Cibisatamab is a T-cell bispecific antibody that acts as a T-cell splicer.Cibisatamab targets carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) on cancer cells and CD3 on T-cells, and triggers T-cell killing when the CEA on the surface of the cancer cells ranges from intermediate to high levels.Cibisatamab may be used to study solid cancers such as colorectal cancer.
