Description CGP 20376 is a benzothiazole compound, an anthelmintic, with dual dose-dependent modulation of in vitro effects on the respiratory burst of eosinophils and antifibrillatory properties.
In vitro CGP 20376 (1μg/ml) 在24小时内暴露后能够使98-100%的运动能力下降。当化合物浓度为1μg/ml时,1小时暴露后CGP 20376能够不可逆地使100%的微丝蚴完全定止。相反,在同等条件下,CGP 6140在一小时后并未显示出显著的定止效果。[5]
In vivo CGP 20376(口服20 mg/kg)迅速而显著地减少了皮肤中的微丝蚴密度,但到了第137天后,微丝蚴的皮肤密度接近治疗前水平。到了第137天,CGP 20376处理的动物中几乎完全中断了胚胎发育,且大多数剩余的宫内微丝蚴都出现了病理性改变。[1]
