Description Cellulase is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of certain linkages in cellulose.
In vitro Cellulase 对B. cepacia展现出显著的抗生物膜活性,但对其生长影响不大[1]。在活性污泥中,Cellulase 和蛋白酶能使CST增加,但相同浓度下,Cellulase 的效果低于蛋白酶。Cellulase 还能降低活性污泥的粒径[2]。
