Description Bepridil is a class IV anti-arrhythmic agent and calcium antagonist. Bepridil hydrochloride blocks calcium entry through membranous calcium channels of coronary and peripheral vascular smooth muscle, thereby dilating coronary arteries and peripheral arterioles.
