| In vitro | ATB107 hydrochloride 对M. tuberculosis H37Ra的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.1 μg/mL。ATB107 hydrochloride 对M. tuberculosis H37Rv也显示出高活性,MIC为0.1 μg/mL。在测试的50个完全敏感的临床分离株中,所有分离株对1 μg/mL浓度的ATB107 hydrochloride敏感;其中41株(82%)对0.1 μg/mL的ATB107 hydrochloride敏感。研究结果还显示,67株(83.8%)多药耐药性结核病(MDR-TB)分离株对1 μg/mL浓度的ATB107 hydrochloride敏感,25株(31.3%)分离株对0.1 μg/mL浓度的ATB107 hydrochloride敏感。结果表明,ATB107 hydrochloride的结合能力与其浓度相关。在高浓度200 μg/mL下,ATB107 hydrochloride能抑制细胞增殖,存活率约为60%。在较低的50 μg/mL浓度下,ATB107 hydrochloride的细胞存活率超过80%[1]。 |
